Knight-Relictor
Knights-Relictor are officers and warrior-clerics of the Stormcast Eternals that safeguard the souls of their kin.[1a]
Role
The Knights-Relictor are the guardians of the sepulchral Temple of Ages where the spiritual lore collected by Sigmar's armies is held. However since the dawn of the Cursed Skies they have been equipped in Thunderstrike Armour marked with macabre sigils and are increasingly seen in battle due to the increasing need to protect the souls of Stormcast Eternals.[1a]
In battle they are able to call upon the God-Kings divine power to either smite their foes or restore their kin. They are also given the duty of burning the bones of Sigmarite saints and martyrs in skull-shaped censers. The incense released is imbued with warding magic that swallows the powers of the enemy and protects Stormcast Eternals from the curses of dark gods. However many Knights-Relictor consider this to be a sacrilegious act that is only done due to being ordered by Sigmar himself.[1a]
Wargear
A Knight-Relictor is armed with a Relic Maul. They also carry a Relic Censer to burn the bones of saints and martyrs to create an incense that protects allies from heretical falsehoods and mystical hexes.[1b]
