Greenways

The Greenways, or Greenway Gates, are a series of secret pathways connected to the leylines of the Mortal Realms. The Wanderers use these hidden portals to travel across the Mortal Realms. Few outside of their clans know of their existence and none are permitted within them.^[1a]

Appearance

Greenways appear to be simple dolmens, hidden in glades across the Mortal Realms, when not activated. These dolmens are in reality waystones created by the Wanderers to mark the location of Greenways. Only a member of the their clans is capable of activating such portals by placing their hands upon the waystone. When this is done green light bursts from channels carved into the stone before looping into the air and creating an arch of pure light, upon which flowers bud.^[1a]
